The principal objective of this position is to assist with the Annual Giving program and internal operational needs of the Development staff.This includes a focus on Annual Giving and increasing the number of wildcat club members. Also focusing on developments systems and data associated with development and reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Annual Giving Strategic Plan: Work with Associate Athletics Director, Development and Revenue Generation as well as Annual Giving team to manage and design a creative Annual Giving strategic plan to increase and retain number of Wildcat Club members and dollars raised. Plan should include outreach to season ticket holders, fans and alumni utilizing a variety of strategies: Direct mail, Email, Telephone outreach, Social Media, and online solicitations
- Supervise: Oversee Coordinator, Annual Giving position. Including training and supervision of daily and monthly duties and responsibilities.
- Campus Coordination: Coordinate and integrate efforts with the University of Arizona Foundation's Annual Giving Program, as well as Athletics Marketing Department and Ticket Office.
- Eloqua-Mass Communication for Wildcat Club: Creating and distributing mass emails for the Wildcat Club. Examples include large scale solicitations, monthly newsletters, event invites, parking updates etc.
- Reporting: Help with development reporting needs, including fundraising and revenue reports. Regular and ad hoc reporting requests including working with PAC 12 partners in using DOMO software.
- Software and Data Support: Provide support for Development Operations for both Paciolan and Salesforce software's. Salesforce, uploading opportunities, development maintenance. Paciolan, preparing renewals, data clean up, book organization.
- Business Office and Foundation Liaison: Liaison for business office and foundation for gift reporting and processing.
- Website: Assist in oversight and maintenance of Wildcat Club/A-Club website
- Donor acquisition and retention. Regular phone calls and communication to renew and solicit new donors.
- Weekend and Evening Work: weekend and evening work is required. In addition, football game and men's basketball game attendance is part of the job responsibilities as well as other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of basic accounting/budgeting procedures
- Critical thinking skills as related to understanding quantitative and qualitative data
- Skill in developing and maintain good working relationships
- Skill in use of personal computer/software (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, and project a positive, professional attitude.
- Proficiency in ticketing software and/or other CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dedication and motivation to initiate, lead and support value-added projects
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and has a positive demeanor
- Demonstrated organizational skills, including the ability to plan, establish priorities and successfully manage multiple priority projects
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three years' experience working in NCAA athletics
- Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a database system (Paciolan and Salesforce preferred).
