What Your Day May Look Like:
- Lead the Leasing team while the Manager is out of the office accepting units from construction or anytime during her absence.
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude to residents, prospects, vendors, and the public.
- Promote resident/prospect satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely and professional manner and taking the appropriate action to resolve and address issues.
- Ensure that all rents, other income, and deposits are collected when due and posted in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate resident ledgers using the property management software to record, track, and report on all financial workings of the community.
- Ensure all legal processes are performed correctly, including notices to residents, Final Account Statements, debt collection, and evictions.
- Complete Accounting End of Month procedures by the due date and in accordance with company policies.
