Responsibilities:
- Assist with the sales process by communicating with customers, prospects, and potential residents.
- Meet and exceed established sales goals by working closely with the sales team.
- Provide potential families with the highest level of customer service.
- Contribute to a positive work environment that includes working cooperatively with other employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and be effective in using them.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all client information.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with internal clients as well as external customers.
