Permanent opportunity for an Assistant Bookkeeper/Administrative Professional in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting in compiling client’s business documentation, preparing sales and payroll reports, and processing client payroll. Applicant must be able to multi-task and must possess an excellent attention to detail. Strong organization and communication skills are required. Some overtime is occasionally necessary, particularly in January. Applicant should be proficient with spreadsheets, word processing, email correspondence, typing, and ten key data entry. Experience in the accounting profession is preferred. QuickBooks or other accounting software experience helpful. A high school diploma or GED is required.
