Assistant Apartment Manager

Award winning Property Management Company is seeking a candidate for an on-site position at top Gilroy garden style apartment community (160 units) three days per week. Hours are 9AM-6PM Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Community where the Assistant Manager could reside (we prefer Assistant live on site so offer a rent discount and no deposit required) is located in a great West Gilroy Neighborhood and features beautiful apartment homes with pass through kitchens, GE appliances, quartz countertops, central A/C and heat, and large patios/balconies. The amenities at the community include a resort style pool, spa, outdoor spin cycle patio, and fitness center.

The Assistant would be managing the office on their own Fridays and Saturdays - handling prospect tours, resident requests, computer entry, and lease paperwork. The Assistant must have excellent renting, organization, and computer skills (Yardi preferred), as well as strong verbal/written communication skills and be detail oriented. Professional attire is expected. On-site management experience, knowledge of tenant/landlord laws, and college degree preferred. Position includes $26/hour salary plus discount on premium apartment (sorry, no pets) with no deposit required, and monthly bonus. References required.

Salary: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
