Spurwink's Affiliate Practices program is seeking an experienced administrative support professional to work with our team of growing independent contractors/affiliates. The successful candidate should have strong work ethic, be organized, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, and be computer savvy. Should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with our team of support personnel. Good listening and communication skills are a must. Teaching and training experience helpful. Ability to type/keyboard accurately and efficiently is a priority. Experience in a mental health or medical setting working in Electronic Health Records is preferred. This is a Monday-Friday position that pays $18.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience.

DUTIES:
- Provide direct support to Affiliate Practices Manager in identified tasks and project completion.
- Collaborate with Practices Manager on biweekly timesheet review and dissemination.
- Provide backup training, consultation and supervision to Data Collections staff.
- Maintain weekly and monthly reporting review including but not limited to unit/services tracking reports, unbillable claims report, held events report, and MaineCare denial reports.
- Onboarding of new Affiliate consultants, related database updates, support in credentialing processes, orientation and training of new providers, maintenance of related documentation.
- Liaison with Practices Manager and other departments (i.e. HR, IT) in order to efficiently monitor and update individual Affiliate and program status trends.
- Respond to all Affiliate inquiries promptly and courteously. 8. Other duties as assigned by the Affiliate Practices Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education Requirements: Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirements: Must be proficient with Microsoft office suite and have 2-3 years' experience in office or administrative role. Experience with medical or mental health billing preferred.
Minimum Competency Requirements: Must be highly organized, adaptive and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills including ability to work collaboratively with team members.
