We’re looking for an Assistant Account Executive to work in a hybrid remote capacity from the
Greater New York area. This is an entry-level project management position, enabling you to get
a glimpse of the total agency at work. Please note, this is not a sales role. Ideal candidates
have experience with CPG or shopper marketing agency related experience.
- Help create shopper marketing programs with your team
- Assist in helping Manager and moving programs along at a steady clip (manage timelines, traffic
reports, maintain files of completed artwork)
- Ensure accuracy at every step in the creative, design and production process
- Absorb as much information as your brain will allow so that you can become an expert on your
- With success (and some time to get a grip on what you’re doing), you would be considered for
own projects
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field
- Relevant internships or summer work in a marketing-related field
- You know your way around Excel, PowerPoint, Word and social media
- You can juggle numerous projects at once without dropping the ball, missing a deadline or
- Details are your friends, but you can see the big picture
- You have no issue raising your hand
