Assistant Account Executive

We’re looking for an Assistant Account Executive to work in a hybrid remote capacity from the
Greater New York area. This is an entry-level project management position, enabling you to get
a glimpse of the total agency at work. Please note, this is not a sales role. Ideal candidates
have experience with CPG or shopper marketing agency related experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help create shopper marketing programs with your team
• Assist in helping Manager and moving programs along at a steady clip (manage timelines, traffic

projects, review work for quality control, ensure projects are completed on time, update status
reports, maintain files of completed artwork)

• Ensure accuracy at every step in the creative, design and production process
• Absorb as much information as your brain will allow so that you can become an expert on your

client’s business and our systems and processes

• With success (and some time to get a grip on what you’re doing), you would be considered for

other positions across the company, or promoted to a position where you would manage your
own projects

SKILL SETS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field
• Relevant internships or summer work in a marketing-related field
• You know your way around Excel, PowerPoint, Word and social media
• You can juggle numerous projects at once without dropping the ball, missing a deadline or

getting flustered

• Details are your friends, but you can see the big picture
• You have no issue raising your hand
