We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Asset Protection Associate. As an Asset Protection Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets. This position requires strong observation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for both employees and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches
- Engage in aggressive customer service
- Reporting suspicious activities
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action
- Write detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and daily activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed for criminal investigations
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize inventory shrinkage
- Assist in training employees on security procedures and protocols
- Handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and de-escalation techniques
Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must maintain focus on surroundings
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills
