Job Description: The Asset Management Intern is responsible for assisting the Asset Management team with general Asset & facility management. This includes: clerical & administrative work, communicating & coordinating contractors and other service providers, inventorying and deploying Turning Point USA assets, maintaining TPUSA facilities, inputting invoices for payment, and other special projects. The Asset Management team is responsible for the Phoenix Campus and the other growing locations in and out of state. Exemplary skills for this position would be facilities maintenance and or property management. Additionally, the ability to pay great attention to detail and be organized are highly desired. This internship could potentially lead to a full time role.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and very well organized.
- Independent and self motivated work ethic, while operating as a part of a greater team.
- Versed in property upkeep and management.
- Familiarity with basic administrative and clerical systems (Email, Google Suite/Microsoft Office)
- Aid in the facilitation of not only the Asset Management Dept. but also Logistics and Distribution Depts.
- Identify the most cost effective route for projects/tasks.
- Assist with operational functions around the campus with an innovative approach.
- Ability to effectively communicate with different contractors or project managers.
- A "Can do!" attitude no matter the task or project.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to prioritize and organize several simultaneous projects.
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented.

- Previous involvement with TPUSA.
- Facility management experience.
- Prior billing/accounting experience or clerical/admin work.
- Prior service provider outreach and coordination experience.
- Familiarity with AirTable, Google Suite, Telegram, Hubspot, and other communication platforms.
- Familiarity with Asset Panda, Apple Business Manager, IBM Maas360, and other inventorying systems.
- Prior construction experience or other trade work experience.
- Forklift Certification.
