The Medical Technologist plays a vital role in the laboratory, performing a wide range of diagnostic tests and analyses to assist in patient diagnoses and treatment. You will work closely with physicians, pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely laboratory results. Responsibilities:

• Perform various laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology, following established protocols and procedures.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy, precision, and proper functioning.
• Analyze test results, interpret findings, and report critical information to healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure quality control and the highest standards of patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test results, quality control, and instrument maintenance.
• Stay updated on the latest laboratory techniques, technology, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and quality control procedures.
• ASCP certification preferred.
