Art Director

Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Art Director to join our full-service advertising agency. As an Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in working with our creative team and will be responsible for project efforts, from concept development to execution, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions that align with our large client roster ensuring brand vision and objectives. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, possess exceptional leadership skills, and have a successful track record in both design and team management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects, including digital design, print materials, and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design concepts are aligned with client project goals and objectives.
• Provide art direction and guidance to designers, illustrators, photographers, and other members of the creative team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct research and stay up to date with industry trends to inform design decisions
• Review and approve final designs, ensuring that they meet quality standards.
• Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

Experience

• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Graphic Design, or related programs in Visual Communication, Digital Media Design, or Interactive Design preferred.
• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work in digital design, typography, visual design, and photography.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent knowledge of graphic design principles and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate with a creative team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
