Your Role: As an Armed Off Duty or Retired PD, you will be a visible deterrent against theft and vandalism at retail locations in the Hollywood area. Your presence will be crucial in preventing crimes and making private persons? arrests when necessary.

Requirements:

• POST Certification (California Peace Officers Standards & Training, off duty or retire PD) or, 832 PC Training, or equivalent federal training.
• Minimum age of 21.
• Current BSIS Guard Card and BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit.
• Strong communication skills (speaking, typing, writing).
• Commitment to making private persons arrest if needed
• Vigilance in observation and reporting, with the ability to contact local authorities or emergency services.
• Proficiency in using phones and computers for reporting.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Clear criminal background and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job (standing, walking, etc.).
• Former military, law enforcement, and certified security professionals are highly valued.
