Area Sales Coordinator, Mid-Atlantic Business Travel Sales - Washington Hilton

The Mid-Atlantic Business Travel team is looking for an Area Sales Coordinator to assist their Mid-Atlantic Business Travel Sales team.

This position will provide administrative support to the Business Travel Sales team at the following properties: Hilton McLean Tysons Corner, Waldorf Astoria Washington DC, Conrad Washington DC, Washington Hilton, Capital Hilton, Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill, Embassy Suites Washington DC Convention Center, Embassy Suites Alexandria Old Town, Hilton Arlington National Landing, DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC - Crystal City, Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City National Airport, Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor, and Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead.

Shift Pattern: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM - Monday-Friday, option to work remotely

Pay Rate: $25-28 per hour - final offer based on experience

What will I be doing?

  • Update RFP logs Weekly
  • Complete Pending Sheets twice daily and distribute to the team
  • Coordinate all sites and customer appointments with cluster hotels and act as liaison for sales team
  • Update Monthly Rolls Ups and distribute to the team
  • Weekly Communications to travelers and team
  • Customer inquiries and follow up to the team
  • Reservations request and follow up
  • Management of General Mailbox
  • Email management and follow up
