Area Regional Business Manager (RBM)-Negative Pressure
The Area Regional Business Manager (RBM) - Negative Pressure role will support the promotional and clinical positioning, presentation, and initiation of S&N NPWT programs with targeted customers across the region.
In collaboration with the RBM team, RBM Directors, Area Vice President, District Managers, Key Accounts Director, and post-acute DME team, the Area RBM will create and execute a strategic business plan to expedite Renasys and Pico's growth within the Region.
The Area RBM will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Key Accounts to develop action plans for target accounts and manage the Area's Negative Pressure pipeline.
We are hiring 2 of these positions, each covering either the Western or Eastern part of the U.S. Candidate can live in any major city, preferably any of the cities listed below:
  • East Territory: Atlanta, NYC, Charlotte, DC, Boston, Philadelphia, Raleigh/Durham, Baltimore
  • West Territory: Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas, Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas, Seattle

What will you be doing?
  • Drive achievement of Negative Pressure business goals through strategic targeting, account management, and effective communication of clinical value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Regional Business Managers to activate new accounts, from product evaluation to contractual closure and implementation.
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of all active evaluations and conversions within the assigned region.
  • Contribute to higher-level initiatives with Directors, Marketing, and Training, developing key resources to support the capital sales process.
  • Showcase expertise in Negative Pressure clinical applications, serving as a subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews with existing customers to assess past performance, align with goals, and expand the S&N portfolio revenue.

What will you need to be successful?
  • BA/BS required
  • 3-5 years of medical sales experience, preferably within capital equipment and NPWT
  • Prior sales or travel nursing experience preferred
  • OR Experience required
  • Comfortable with travel up to 90% of your time
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Successful track record of sales success
  • Proficiency utilizing the Challenger sales model
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strategic thinker
