Your Role Join our dynamic team to drive success in Customs Brokerage business development alongside Kuehne+Nagel Field Sales and Key Account Managers. Your role will focus on enhancing our sales pipeline and devising winning Customs Brokerage solutions. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement strategies for growth. Bring your expertise to streamline processes and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your Responsibilities- Spearhead full-time, dedicated efforts towards product growth, strategy, and development.
- Oversee and manage the pipeline of all customs-related opportunities within the area, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Utilize pipeline data analysis to swiftly identify and seize opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate and manage all customs tenders within the area.
- Conduct sales training sessions to enhance the product knowledge of the area sales team.
- Travel as necessary to support growth objectives in alignment with Key Account Managers and Business Unit sales.
- Develop and deliver educational content for client outreach initiatives.
- Create and present internal sales value propositions.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of both USA and global trade policies.
- Achieve required growth targets.
- Hold a valid customs broker license.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Possess over 7 years of combined experience in customs-related operations and client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated sales expertise.
