Distinctive Property Services is a full-service Management Company serving the South Shore and Cape Cod for over 17 years. It is our belief that in order for an Association to be managed effectively, the formula starts with being proactive rather than reactive. We are looking to add AR/AP Associates to our team. Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining QuickBooks and Property Boss databases and Excel spreadsheets, updating information as needed
• Work closely with the Property Management team to provide financial services and reporting
• Receive payments from customers and invoices from vendors into QuickBooks and Property Boss software systems
• Communicate with customers regarding account balances and collection’s processes
• Maintain accurate record keeping of all accounts
• Ability to review vendor contracts to support invoice payments
• Effectively communicate with fellow associates and Association Board Members
• Ability to manage work load to achieve daily and monthly deadlines
• Flexibility is essential – multi-tasking is a key to success
• Answer phone calls and assist with responding to all email inquiries
• Provide consistent, professional, courteous and high quality customer service
• Have the ability to create and have fun accomplishing the goals of the team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
