What You'll Do:
This is an awesome role for an entry-level accounting professional who wants phenomenal exposure to a high-volume multi-state company business with opportunity for learning, mentoring, and career growth. This position has responsibility for all customer invoicing, cash applications, and obtaining payment status on customers' accounts.
- Process domestic invoices / credit memos daily
- Process customer payments in ERP system
- Manage accounts receivable aging by resolving payment discrepancies
- Track all incoming and outgoing cash activity in Excel
- Send monthly statements to customers
- Communicate effectively and timely with Ops Team
- Respond in a prompt and friendly manner to all customer inquires
- Manage the month-end cut-off for accounts receivable
- Year-end audit reporting document pulling
- Monthly ECL Calculation
- Monthly reconciliation of Wholesale sales with Cost accounting team
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, preferred.
- Exceptional positive can-do attitude, extremely organized, focused, and stellar communicator
- Strong attention to detail, highly conscientious, and you bring your 'A' game every day with a smile
- Proficient in data entry and especially 10-key
- Thrive in a high-volume environment
- Willing to make mistakes, learn, grow, and be mentored
- Willing to pitch-in and help throughout the accounting department
- Knowledge of accounting practices and controls
