Form of workIt's an exciting time to join our accounting team as we are launching a new ERP platform based on NetSuite, and the entire team is learning to use the new system together. We are looking for an AR Assistant/Collections. The ideal candidate is curious and good at problem solving. Other desirable characteristics are team player, reliability, and service orientation. If you have a high level of intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn, we'll train you even if you don't have many years of related experiences. Initial responsibilities will be collections and assisting our AR accounting associates with various tasks. Our expectation is that this candidate would grow into joining AR associates with the responsibility of servicing sales partners with accounting related invoicing, questions, and requests. This position will report to our Accounts Receivable Manager.
Essential Functions
- Collections via email and phone calls
- Create agings and client statements
- Upload invoices to various customer portals
- Other tasks as assigned by Accounts Receivable Manager

Other Specifications
- This position will be flexible with working from home but may be required to report to the office for other duties as assigned
- Work schedule for this role is 8AM - 5PM CT
