We are seeking an experienced Bilingual, Accounting Assistant to join our team. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for supporting the lead Accountant in various tasks, including account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice entry. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
```Responsibilities```
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
```Skills```
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping
- Ability to perform account reconciliations accurately
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
