Responsibilities: As a Solar Telemarketing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our mission to:

• Ignite meaningful conversations with prospective clients through cold calls, enlightening them about the wonders of solar energy and our unparalleled value proposition.
• Utilize your naturally personable approach and persuasive flair to champion solar energy to homeowners.
• Clearly articulate the myriad benefits of solar energy to homeowners, sparking their excitement and interest.
• Schedule appointments for life-changing solar consultations and installations.
• Handle confidential documents with utmost professionalism and care.
• Contribute valuable feedback to continually enhance our sales process and exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a bonus but not a prerequisite.
• Stellar communication skills that resonate.
• Aptitude for independent as well as collaborative work.
• Robust problem-solving skills with a knack for quick, effective decision-making.
• Comfortable navigating various technology platforms and software.
