Key Responsibilities:

• Class Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and organize vocal classes, workshops, and lessons for our students, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated calendar.
• Student Coordination: Act as a point of contact for students, managing inquiries, scheduling changes, and addressing their needs with professionalism and care.
• Resource Management: Coordinate and manage the necessary resources, including instructors, materials, and technology, to ensure classes run smoothly.
• Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between instructors, students, and other team members to ensure a harmonious learning experience.
