Position Summary
Our Fairytale Appointment Setter will be an outgoing, confident phone specialist responsible for scheduling magical Fairytale Portrait Sessions for children! Keeping our busy calendar full will be a priority. Working with all types of parents who adore their children, our FAS will build customer relationships, while skillfully using our value-building script to prepare them for a once-in-a-lifetime custom experience at our studio. A successful FAS will have focused conversations and be able to meet and exceed expected booking numbers. Attending regular practice sessions and huddles with other team members will ensure goals are being met.

Objectives—our Appointment Setter will be:
-Calling and communicating with the warm leads we provide in a timely manner
-Successfully using our proven scripts in order to hit specific session booking requirements and conversion rates
-Effectively filling our studio calendar with customers most likely to purchase our fine art portraits.
-Filling out reports each day to record results
