Job Summary:
As a Senior Training Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team's success by conducting site visits and remote meetings with agencies to provide training on the features and operation of our Epic insurance agency management system. You will also be responsible for maintaining workflows, creating job aids, and promoting best practices. In addition to virtual training for team members, you will deliver both onsite and remote training courses for introductory and intermediate level users. Timely and detailed responses to agency partners' support requests will be a key aspect of your role. You'll also assist in data clean-up before and after conversion, all while managing multiple projects with well-defined plans and deadlines.

Responsibilities Include
- Conduct virtual training for employees via the internet and/or in a classroom setting.
- Prepare training materials and documentation.
- Verify technical accuracy of documentation and ensure it conforms to company's standards.
- Write, design, edit, and maintain documentation and training materials such as Help files, job aids, CBT scripts, and WBT outlines.
- Perform planning and system implementation consultation; monitor progress with assigned agencies
- All other tasks as needed or assigned
Requirements
- 4+ year training in Applied Epic Management Systems
- 2-3 years of servicing and sales experience in a property and casualty insurance agency (huge plus)
- In depth knowledge of additional systems such as IVANS, CSR24, etc.
- Competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- The ability to train and coach other people.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
- Teamwork approach to getting work done.
