Position Overview: As a Case Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and monitoring personalized ABA programs under the guidance of a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll embark on a weekly journey to clients' homes, ensuring progress and team cohesion while being a catalyst for growth and positive change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting Customized ABA Programs: Collaborate with a BCBA to design tailored ABA programs for each client, utilizing innovative strategies to facilitate transformative progress.
- Implementing ABA Programs: Work closely with clients to implement ABA programs, focusing on skill development, behavior modification, and overall growth.
- Continuous Monitoring: Meticulously track progress, gather data, and make informed adjustments to ensure clients are on the path to success.
- Team Support: Act as a supportive resource for your team, fostering collaboration, boosting morale, and enabling seamless execution of interventions.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree or Enrolled in a Master's Program in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Preferred Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Driver's License and Clean Record.
- Creative and Multitasking Abilities.
- Problem-Solving Prowess.
