What You'll Be Doing:
- Designs and develops software solutions to meet business requirements. Manages full software development life cycle including testing, implementation, and auditing. Performs product design, bug verification, and beta support, which may require research and analysis. Operates under moderate supervision. Usually reports to the Manager of Software Development.
- Design and Development of Complex components in Asset, Sales & Finance Products which involves development in Oracle Application Modules like Oracle Advance Supply Chain planning, Demantra, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Bills of Material using PLSQL, Oracle OAF/ADF technology.
- Execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications. Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle. Participate in software upgrades, revisions, fixes and patches as mandated by the vendor.
- Experience in defining & implementing roadmap for platform modernization such as application migrations across different application servers.
- Actively participate in ERP application implementation from initial planning/design to project release. Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user centered design process.
- In-depth understanding and experience in system/product design towards strong security, extreme performance and scalability, high availability, and manageability.
- Participates in the solution design process: requirements gathering and backlog refinement, shapes, and guides systems approach, helps with project initiation, contributes to functional design, and leads technical design and development.
- Coordinate with various lines of business, supporting staff and technology areas to evaluate and select technologies and platforms, define enterprise guiding principles, review delivered architectures, and act as architect for large programs.
What We're Looking For:
- Advanced knowledge and Demonstrated experience in the implementation and support of Oracle technologies including SQL, PL/SQL, SQL performance tuning , Oracle workflow, Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), XML Publisher, Forms & Reports and Custom PLL.
- Experience in multiple Oracle EBS modules to include: Account Receivables, Account Payables, iExpense, iReceivables, General Ledger, Order Management, Costing, Advance Pricing and additional knowledge of other modules is required
- Must possess strong skills in developing Interfaces, Reports and Extensions and customization utilizing Oracle best practice methodology
- Good knowledge in underlying ERP applications and database architecture
- Strong knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- A high degree of technical aptitude over a large scope of IT software, applications and IT architecture disciplines.
- Prior experience working in areas of emerging technology and driving new points of view and capabilities
- Ability to analyze & resolve production support issues.
- Knowledge of B2B processes, interfaces and good understanding of the integration of various modules with other EBS modules
- Experience with API methods and implementation of web services in a distributed architecture system
- Must have experience supporting implementations /R12/other ERPs
- Knowledge and familiarity in underlying Oracle ERP applications database architecture, as well as Oracle database
Experience / Education
Typically requires 4+ years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
