TITLE: Application Support Analyst - Onsite
LOCATION: Rockford, IL
STATUS: Full-Time W2 with Benefits
SHIFT: Monday - Friday from 8AM to 5PM
SALARY: $26/hr - $33.81/hr depending on experience
REQUIRED: Application Support Background (owned, supported, maintained, primary point of contact)
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the system and its processes. Acts as a subject matter expert on the system overall, including related process flows, data models, content requirements, integration with other functional areas and service delivery.
Essential Duties:
The Business Systems Analyst will perform the following key functions:
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
- Manages the system and its process flows, data models, content requirements, integration with other functional areas and service delivery standards.
- Responds to internal client needs and resolves any issues.
- Acts as key point of contact for system maintenance and escalation to third party vendors.
- Maintains key aspects of the system and adds or modifies as business requirements change.
- Analyzes and reports metrics based on the system and other internal systems that show trends and relevant business information.
- Recommends system process improvements and identifies opportunities to define/follow standard operating procedures.
- Monitors metrics of system usage and identifies ways to improve efficiency of process.
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Team player, organized, self-motivated and able to prioritize.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in working on the system, or equivalent combination of both.
- Experience in generating and creating reports.
- Related Computer application certifications preferred.
- Experience in client presentation and developing long lasting client relationships.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite- Excel preferred.
