- Effectively manages applications for the support of instructional and administrative staff on a regular basis.
- Maintains current knowledge of; configuration, security management, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, business continuity, auditing and quality and performance management; project management principles and practices that may be related to enterprise-wide systems and/or application upgrades or implementation within a department, data gathering and analysis techniques, applications design and planning principles, developing specifications and analysis of pre-packaged automated business systems, and public institution procurement procedures, regulations and standards.
- Responsible for ongoing administration and supports of various software and applications in a moderately complex production environment.
- Works closely with students, faculty, and team members to understand fairly complex requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
- Develops and delivers presentations, writes reports, works with contractors and vendors, resolves problems and develop solutions, and oversees projects.
- Develops moderately complex application requirements based on requirements from end users and technical requirements.
- Translates broad project scope requests and business goals into detailed work plan with tasks, accountabilities, dependencies, milestones and deadlines; and may monitor project plans to ensure progress.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field and three (3) years of related experience.
OR
- Associate's Degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience.
OR
- Eight (8) years of related experience.

- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
