Job Description: Work within a CRM application development team and perform as a CRM application QA / Testing Analyst for the Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) Michigan Enterprise Contact Center (MiECC). This is a software testing position experienced in cloud-hosted application testing. Duties require supporting CRM Platform releases and Security updates, performing unit tests, creating test plans, executing system tests. This position will support Enterprise CRM Projects to support various agency CRM Orgs. This position will perform function in the development, enhancement, and maintenance lifecycles. This position may also require working with team(s) in MiECC, other Agencies, and Agency Services DTMB, including review of assignments, peer code reviews, test results and problem analysis.

Required:
Experience in analysis, testing, implementing, and supporting cloud hosted applications
Experience with devops methodologies and tracking tools.
Experience in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers
Knowledge of hosted application systems architecture
Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation
Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations, and prepare clear and concise documentation
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and matrix support teams
Ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seeks optimum solutions
Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience
Experience with Agile software development methodology
Effective at completing complex assignments in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure
Knowledge of CEPAS and PCI compliance requirements
Knowledge of ADA compliance requirements

Experience with Salesforce CRM
Knowledge of REST API/SOAP Integration
Knowledge of SSO Authentication strategies, particularly with MiLogin
Knowledge of System Security Plans (SSPs)
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Evidence of professional development and/or certification in QA and Testing
Currently have or willing to obtain Salesforce certifications.

This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $2,500. Up to $1,250 to be paid upon new hire and the remainder to be paid after satisfactory completion of the initial probationary period (12-month period). This does not apply to current state employees.

Two years of professional experience equivalent to an Information Technology Infrastructure or Programmer/Analyst P11.
Possession of an associate's degree with 16 semester (24 term) credits in computer science, information assurance, data processing, computer information, data communications, networking, systems analysis, computer programming, IT project management, or mathematics and two years of experience as an application programmer, computer operator, or information technology technician; or two years (4,160 hours) of experience as an Information Technology Student Assistant may be substituted for the education requirement.
OR
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and four years of experience as an application programmer, computer operator, information technology technician, or four years (8,320 hours) of experience as an Information Technology Student Assistant may be substituted for the education requirement.
