For our client SWIFT, the weekly hybrid schedule consists of three days on-site in their Manassas, VA office, and two days remote (starting on day one of position, March 25, 2024).
The interview schedule involves three rounds of meetings with SWIFT.
The initial two SWIFT interviews would be MS Teams video conferences, then a mandatory on-site in-person final interview at SWIFT's office in Manassas, VA.

We're supporting our crypto-currency financial messaging partner SWIFT in Manassas, VA. Our client SWIFT provides commercial and government support to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) along with Coinbase and Robinhood. There is no government clearance needed for this role. SWIFT is seeking an Application Developer with 10+ years' experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices along with 6+ years' experience in C++, Python, Linux, Shell Scripts, AWS Cloud and RESTful APIs within an Agile/SCRUM methodology environment. You would be a part of the new EPX Team at SWIFT, handling new incoming projects with their commercial clients with tight Agile iterations. The EPX Team consists of three backend Java and C++ Developers supporting an internal frontend team at SWIFT deploying software. The objective of the Application Developer role is to perform software development and designs in production dashboards of financial data after integrations from legacy on-premises systems into AWS Cloud. Looking for meticulous software developer to contribute to and review the creation of designs for production software. The position responsibilities include both software development and testing task and focuses on the implementation testability, robustness, and performance of production software.
As a Software Engineer you will be working closely with internal customers, technical analysts and other engineers to develop your product/service. You will ensure the gathering of technical market insights and customer needs, combine that with your expertise and you will stay focus on continuous improvement to deliver key product improvements to achieve customer satisfaction having the end-to-end ownership of your daily activities.
