App Content Assistant/Customer Service Coordinator

This position requires the ability to formulate content for 90+ global and national brands for the NEX App. Sourcing creative and writing unique content. Attention to detail and excellent verbal and writing skills is key. This position will require 50% working on App content, push notifications, blog creation and 50% customer service representation. This entry-level position has room to grow into a full-time marketing position based on ability and growth.

This role is a key consumer-facing position, focusing on customer service, gift card sales, and basic customer service operations of Nebraska's dominant lifestyle shopping center. This important role is the first point of contact with our shoppers, guiding them through customer service issues and onboarding new customers to the NEX App- the proprietary mobile application enabling them to earn 15% cashback on every purchase, store, and store day. This role also focuses on Content Management of the NEX App (660,000 users). This includes building and maintaining relationships with all 85+. national and global retail brands, adding sales and product content to the app.

Responsibilities

• Communication with stores and corporate contacts for 90+ brand partners to source sales offers and content to highlight on the mobile app.

• Content management and entry on the mobile app

• Coordination of sales offers and new products to feature on the mobile app

• Executing push notifications to the mobile app users

• Customer service, including gift card sales and mobile app inquiries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to grammar and spelling

• Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities

• Enjoys dealing with the public

• Exhibits multi-tasking skills
