Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper

We are currently seeking an Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the property and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Detail oriented
• Responsible for daily trash and upkeep of the apartment community
• Inspect lighting of interior and exterior of buildings
• Painting
• Power washing
• Cleaning and painting benches, poles and signs
• Maintaining the scrubs, trees and weeds
• Assist in Snow Removal
