Apartment Leasing Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct property tours to showcase available units and amenities
- Provide accurate information about rental rates, lease terms, and property features
- Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and conduct background checks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
- Coordinate move-in dates and assist tenants with the move-in process
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities using our customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in leasing or customer service is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in data entry and using CRM software
- Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with tenants
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants

Pay: $13.00 per hour
