SalaryOverview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for daily Data Entry and account maintenance as well as assisting with various accounting tasks. This is a vital position within our organization, ensuring that entries are posted accurately and efficiently.
Duties:
- Manage Accounts Payable Email
- Daily Data Entry in Quickbooks Online
- Process accounts payable invoices and prepare for timely vendor payments
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Organize bank deposits
- Apply customer payments and resolve outstanding balances
- Provide general office and clerical support as needed
- Reconcile daily deposits
Skills:
- Proficient in file management and organization
- Strong Data Entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with Quickbooks Online or Quickbooks Desktop strongly preferred
- Knowledge of office procedures and clerical tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
