SalaryAn AP/AR Clerk performs a range of general clerical and accounting activities that supports the functions in an organization. There is great opportunity for career growth and development into the accounting field.
Responsibilities:
- Journal Entries
- General Ledger Maintenance and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Generate and issue client invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and analyze AR/AP reports
- Process vendor invoices
- High volume data entry
- Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office full suite, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills required
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Salary:
- $18-20/hour
- Dependent upon experience
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8 AM – 5:30 PM
