Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Research & enter Accounts Payable invoices into Great Plains

· Initiate ACH, wires and checks for approval

· Vendor invoice and Purchase Order Matching

· Daily Bank Reconciliation and Daily Cash Receipts

· Accounts Receivables and light collections

· Monthly Bank Statement Reconciliation

Qualifications / Skills:

· At least 3 years recent dedicated AP/AR responsibilities. This is an AP-heavy role, and relevant AP experience will be viewed favorably

· Preferably, some level of college level accounting classes. Not required if previous AP/AR experience replaces education

· Experience working within an Accounting software, preferably Great Plains

· Excellent time management and prioritization skills

· Ability to produce excellent results as an individual contributor or within a team environment

· Ability to work in our Oak Brook office 5 days per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

· Dedicated and Self-motivated

· Willingness to take initiative and produce results without constant supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
