WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a member of the Customer Support Team, the A&P /Customer Support Specialist will assist customers, aircraft operators, mechanics, and service centers with aircraft-specific support questions. This role will start in the maintenance shop to gain hands-on experience with the Epic fleet. This is a great job for you if you are looking for a career you can grow with. Other duties may include:
- Interfacing with the Parts Department for warranty parts
- Communicating with vendors and supplier-Customer Support personnel
- Working with the Epic Engineering team for troubleshooting and solution development
- Interface with the Sales and Marketing divisions
- Leading or assisting customers with AOG operations
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- FAA airframe and powerplant license.
- Previous aircraft maintenance experience isrequired
- Experience working on Epic Aircraft is desired but not required
- Must have a Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- A "can-do", teachable attitude, with a willingness to help any person on the team with any task
- Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently, and effectively with initiative and limited direction
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, typing, email, Microsoft and Google suites
- Experience with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, is a plus
- Experience with Garmin avionics systems is a plus
- Able to work as part of a team to ensure meeting quality standards
- High standards for following instructions, work quality, and productivity
- Some lifting may be required
- Able to stand for the majority of a shift in addition to moving about the facility to support the work
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, organized, and driven individual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Authorized to legally work in the U.S. for any company without sponsorship now or in the future
