Administrative Services Section
- Act as primary point of contact for public inquiries about the TripCheck webpage and provide answers to emailed questions from internal and external customers about the website.
- Monitor operations of TripCheck systems, check data quality, gather and develop reports, perform system testing and document results.
- Create and process purchase orders while working within procurement rules and policies.
- Process and review vendor payments for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the System Operations & ITS Unit.
- Manage maintenance and record keeping for inventory and fleet vehicles.
- Coordinate duties and back up other branch administrative staff in providing efficient, seamless business and office aid functions.
- Complete and distribute tow letters.
- Work is performed independently in an office environment with daily use of a computer.

- The salary range for this position will be truncated as of April 1, which will impact the minimum salary for this classification. The new monthly salary range on April 1 will be $3,438-$4,821.
