Resani Consulting Ltd. is building its pool of certified anti-money Laundering Consultants. Successful applications will be placed at various locations across the United States where they will be working for our client, a global financial intelligence company that specializes in financial crime solutions, compliance, and anti-money laundering (AML). The AML Consultants should have strong analytical skills, exceptional experience in risk management, data source comprehension, sufficient knowledge of legal controls, and meeting requirements. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with law firms, financial institutions, and cash-intensive businesses, and exceptional communication skills. They will be expected to provide reliable, independent investigations and compliance monitoring to navigate and resolve complex AML challenges effectively, in the United States.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Anti-Money Laundering reviews and investigations
- Risk Assessment
- Anti-Money Laundering Compliance and transaction monitoring
- Performing assessment, gap analysis, and identifying AML compliance issues compared to the regulations in force

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
- Certifications and Licences demonstrating expertise in Anti-money Laundering, CAMS certification preferred
- 1-5 years of experience in financial institutions identifying, performing, and reviewing customer transactions and AML activities
- Deep understanding of federal and state anti-money laundering laws.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Outlook

- Technical skills to analyze data, develop strategies, and create solutions for clients
- Communication skills to create a cohesive compliance strategy.
- Analytical skills, to determine fraudulently and analyze security programs to determine it is effective.
