Overview
The CreativeRetoucher is responsible for Anthropologie’s finest apparel, beauty and lifestyle retouching of the web creative and catalog imagery. The primary objective of this role is to work collaboratively with Art Directors, Photographers, Project Leads and Retouching Manager to achieve the desired aesthetic of the brand, through the imagery presented to the customer, across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Maintain retouching standards of creative imagery for stories and messaging for catalogue, social and web channels
- Adhere to the creative workflow by teaming with the Project and Retouching Leads to prioritize both web and print assets.
- Closely communicate with creative production teams and designers to ensure delivery of final creative imagery on extremely tight deadlines.
- Use creativity, experience and foresight in anticipating and solving unique problems.
Qualifications
- High level of technical skill in Adobe Photoshop CC and Capture One.
- Proven experience retouching model and product photography.
- Maintain a positive, collaborative attitude as a key member of a matrixed, cross-functional team; able to work equally well with people in business, creative, and technical positions.
- Demonstrate a willingness to pitch in and help team members when needed.
- Must work well in a team environment, adhering to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Proactive, motivated, dedicated and able to take initiative.

Job Skills
- Exceptional knowledge of photo retouching and studio workflow.
- Skin correction, body proportion modifications and styling adjustments.
- Photo compositing, masking, silhouetting and color corrections.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Anthropologie brand and how it relates to retouching.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Fashion, or a related field
