- As a clinic based Annual Wellness RN, you will meet with patients and perform health assessments and screenings. You will provide education on health, wellness, and prevention.
- Administer and schedule preventative measures such as immunizations, and screenings.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure the highest quality of patient care is met.

What’s Required:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
- Bachelor of Science degree in nursing preferred.
- Five years’ experience as an RN preferred.
- High-level understanding of complex chronic disease management.
- Self-directed professional with the ability to make independent judgments directing patient care
