What’s Required:
Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
Acute care, home care, or hospice experience is beneficial
Infusion Nursing experienced preferred
Specific Duties:
Performs initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the client’s needs.
Initiates the plan of care and revises as necessary.
Provides those services and/or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
Prepares clinical documentation, progress notes and required Daily Activity Record (DAR).
Evaluates outcomes of care.
Identifies problems and sets goals.
Requisitions and manages equipment and supplies appropriate to care.
