Analytics Senior Manager

In this role, you will:

• Design and enhance the data and analytical processes that support the delivery of staffing guidance to the 4,200 branches, balancing revenue, expenses, customer experience, and risk.

• Manage and automate recurring data processes and controls that exist across the Branch Analytics team to create efficiencies and enable business insights

• Lead a team responsible for developing and delivering self-service business intelligence tools in support of Branch Banking focused on customer activities, product sales, and staffing; these tools will ensure leaders/stakeholders have access to on-demand data to inform the business strategies and decisions

• Develop a team of analysts to think through the data infrastructure needed to solve business problems and then convert that data infrastructure into an intuitive user experience via visualization tools

• Collaborate with and consult Branch Banking executives and Finance partners on key business challenges related to Branch Staffing

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• 3+ years of management experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Direct experience managing technical data analysts with a specific focus on SQL, Unix, Tableau, R, SAS, Python

• Hand-on experience leading the development of business intelligence tools that allow business partners to self-serve data

• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills to clearly articulate the solutions developed by the team and the benefits of those solutions

• Accessing, navigating, and exploring enterprise data warehouses

• Proven ability to analyze data and develop strategies for process improvements

• Previous workforce planning experience

• Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations to executive level audiences

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate, interact and partner with all levels of the organization

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including strong ability to effectively evaluate and prioritize work.

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

• This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards.
