Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Senior Manager to lead our Data Engineering and Visualization group within our Branch Banking Analytics team. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:
Design and enhance the data and analytical processes that support the delivery of staffing guidance to the 4,200 branches, balancing revenue, expenses, customer experience, and risk.
Manage and automate recurring data processes and controls that exist across the Branch Analytics team to create efficiencies and enable business insights
Lead a team responsible for developing and delivering self-service business intelligence tools in support of Branch Banking focused on customer activities, product sales, and staffing; these tools will ensure leaders/stakeholders have access to on-demand data to inform the business strategies and decisions
Develop a team of analysts to think through the data infrastructure needed to solve business problems and then convert that data infrastructure into an intuitive user experience via visualization tools
Collaborate with and consult Branch Banking executives and Finance partners on key business challenges related to Branch Staffing
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
Direct experience managing technical data analysts with a specific focus on SQL, Unix, Tableau, R, SAS, Python
Hand-on experience leading the development of business intelligence tools that allow business partners to self-serve data
Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills to clearly articulate the solutions developed by the team and the benefits of those solutions
Accessing, navigating, and exploring enterprise data warehouses
Proven ability to analyze data and develop strategies for process improvements
Previous workforce planning experience
Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations to executive level audiences
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate, interact and partner with all levels of the organization
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including strong ability to effectively evaluate and prioritize work.
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards.
Pay Range
$111,100.00 - $237,100.00Benefits
