Analytics & Reporting Analyst - Contact Center - Full Time - Days - Midtown
The Reporting & Analytics Analyst plays a key role in the Contact Center, developing and communicating operational and business analytics reporting to provide strategic and tactical insights.
In this role, you will support the overall Contact Center business analytics and reporting program by collaborating with the Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager to extract and interpret nuanced data and communicate implications to key performance areas, business drivers, and leadership objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to develop recommendations to leadership for process optimization initiatives, in line with overall business objectives.
Preferred Criteria:
- Experience in a shared service and/or Contact Center environment
- Experience working with Salesforce and/or Epic
Required Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of related Analytics experience within Healthcare and/or Operations is required
