The Analytics Developer creates moderately complex data warehouse and/or information delivery solutions, including data design, database architecture, metadata and repository creation, across multiple domains. Performs root cause analysis for ETL job failures, complex data warehouse integration issues, and multi-layered analytic solutions. Consults with the business to define complex requirements across multiple data domains and business functions. Recommends and designs self-service analytic solutions.
This is a full-time, benefitted position that is remote. You must be local in San Diego.
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
- Excellent critical and analytical thinking and customer service skills.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expert knowledge of multiple cross functional applications.
- Business acumen in multiple functional areas.
- Expert knowledge SQL, ETL, data modeling and/or BI reporting technologies.
- Bachelors degree or four years of experience as a Business Intelligence, Analytics or SQL Developer.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
- Four years of related experience.
- Experience leading small projects and technical activities.
- Epic Clarity, Epic Caboodle and/or Epic Revenue Cycle Certification(s).
- Bachelors or masters degree.
- Epic certifications - Cogito Fundamentals, Clarity Data Model, Caboodle Data Model, and/or Revenue Data Model.
- Knowledge in Health Plan reporting
