Reporting to the QC Team Leader you will perform tasks associated with release testing and reviewing laboratory data. Your role will be onsite during the day between Sunday to Wednesday, 7am – 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- You will ensure that the CSL Seqirus Environmental Monitoring samples are collected and tested.
- Perform critical tasks like visual sterility on syringes and vials
- You will review Environmental monitoring samples according to quality requirements and ensure results reported are valid, accurate and documented per applicable regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Executing both Bioburden and Endotoxin testing on water (WFI) and product samples
- Document test results in appropriate records and computer system
- Support documentation and records, distributing, and filing all manufacturing procedures, deviations.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulatory guidelines
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline required
- 1-2 years' related pharmaceutical experience including experience in a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of cGMP standards
- Proficiency in QC systems (GLIMS)
- Environmental Monitoring experience required; but can be less than 1 year;
- Water sampling experience (part of EM exp)
