ABOUT THE JOB
MU Health Care is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Business Administrator Assistant. In this crucial role, you will work closely with the Pharmacy Business Administrator to audit claims and optimize the 340B drug purchasing program for various areas of our covered entity. We are seeking a candidate who not only possesses the required qualifications, such as an Associate's degree or two years of health care or business operations experience, but also someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on our pharmacy operations.
The ideal candidate will display strong time management skills, collaborate seamlessly with our program administrator, and excel in data analytics, mining, and synthesis activities. As a key member of our team, you will develop a deep understanding of the 340B program and actively contribute to its improvement, ensuring enhanced efficiency, value, and internal support. Your role will involve not only auditing claims and processes but also optimizing virtual inventory, tracking manufacturer payments, and staying updated on published 340B ceiling prices.

Associate's degree or two years of health care or business operations experience is required.

Experience with 340B Drug Discount Program, pharmacy purchasing experience, knowledge of contractual relationships, experience working with federal and state regulations, and vender relations is strongly preferred.
