We are looking for a dynamic, well rounded HRIS analyst to join our team. This opportunity will allow the right person to contribute in many ways. A primary function of this position will be to configure Workday to meet the needs of the business. This new member will also assist in: the management of security administration for our HR/Payroll systems (Workday), the monitoring and troubleshooting of both internal and external integrations, training of users, as well as end user and testing.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of standard HR principles and exhibit a strong understanding of established analytical methods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of testing scripts and execution of testing
- Troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions
- Security maintenance
- Develop and maintain functional/user documentation
- Creation of functional design documents
- Assist in identifying organizational needs and requirements
- Functional lead/management for given initiatives
- Data analysis for accuracy and comparisons
- Cross-departmental support- support all departments that utilize our HR systems
- Act as a liaison between end users, functional teams and IT

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field required or a combination of education and progressively responsible work
- Workday Configuration experience preferred (or other SaaS Experience)
- Experience with coordination of projects
- Process re-engineering experience
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel Skills

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
