Job Summary
The analyst will collect and synthesize technical data and will organize the information in a manner that will be readily accessible for sales, order management, supply chain and inventory management. The data analyst will translate the data in such a way that is understandable to future users.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Use data to answer key questions about the business.
- Deliver takeaways from data with statistical significance.

Requirements:Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient with data management software such as Excel at a minimum.
- Technological and computer knowledge, especially BI software
- Proper knowledge on business policies and regulations
- An understanding of budgeting procedures, methods, evaluation criteria and resource planning
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field.
- 3 years of professional experience. Analyst role preferable

- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopies, filing cabinets, printers and scanners.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- Lifting up to 30 pounds.
- The ability to stand for long periods and be comfortable with kneeling, pivoting and working in cramped and uncomfortable positions is required.
