After Market Services (AMS) IT Analyst
We are seeking an IT Analyst to be a part of the Aftermarket Services Project team, with a focus on the Enterprise Asset Management solution. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for working with Functional stakeholders to gather, analyze processes and requirements, and mapping these to the solution blueprint, technical design document, ensuring adherence to the defined Global Design Model (GDM). You will be required to traverse both functional and technical domains, and drive conversations with both business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
Documentation:
o Create detailed requirements documents, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Solution Design:
o Work with IT teams to design EAM solution that aligns with business needs and objectives.
Testing and Validation:
o Define and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the EAM system meets business requirements.
o Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system functionality.
Project Management:
o Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and that the project stays on track.
o Monitor project progress and report on project status.
Continuous Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process improvement within asset management practices.
o Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to EAM.
You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in IT with minimum 5 years of progressive IT, relevant IT/ business experience
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies, documenting user stories
- Understanding of Service and Asset Management concepts, platforms, and best practices
- Experience/ understanding with Enterprise Asset Management, Field Services platforms, and Aftermarket services, specifically the Service Max or SFDC platforms
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
