We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Marketing team to support Americas and European Regions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the leadership/management team to gain a deep understanding of the company's overall growth strategies and objectives for the Americas and European region. Produce high-quality analysis reports that offer insights and recommendations, with a strong emphasis on measuring progress against key engagement, retention, and profitability targets.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Develop and fine-tune user hierarchical models to enhance our understanding of user interactions with our platforms in the context of growth strategies.

• Create compelling and informative data visualizations, using tools like PowerBI and Tableau, to effectively communicate progress and performance against key engagement, retention, and profitability metrics.

• Utilize your proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel to collect, clean, and transform data from diverse sources to support the analysis of growth strategy effectiveness.

Implement data validation and cleaning processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used in analyses, particularly about key growth metrics.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts. Share insights and contribute to data-driven decisions aimed at optimizing growth strategies and achieving profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, with a strong preference for experience in roles focused on supporting growth strategies.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, including Python, SQL, and Excel.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau, with a strong focus on key engagement, retention, and profitability metrics.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to facilitate effective collaboration with colleagues from various departments.

• An understanding of the fintech industry and financial data is advantageous.
